Use of the app

The app is provided for personal, educational and non-commercial use. You may use it to learn about countries, capitals, flags and regions. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it in any unlawful way.

Educational content

The geographic information in the app (country names, capitals, flags, borders and regions) is provided for learning purposes. While we aim for accuracy, borders and place names can be disputed or change over time, and we make no guarantee that all content is complete, current or error-free. Nothing in the app represents a political position on any territory or boundary.

Intellectual property

The app, its design and its original content are owned by the developer. Map data and flags may derive from third-party and public sources and remain the property of their respective owners.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
